Clearstead Learning

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you start.

These answers explain how Clearstead Learning works and what our educational courses are designed to do.

Are these courses financial advice?

No. They are general educational resources and do not assess your individual circumstances or recommend a specific transaction. Seek qualified professional advice for personal decisions.

Who are the courses for?

They are for adults building financial vocabulary and decision frameworks, from early learners to people refreshing core concepts.

Can I study at my own pace?

Yes. Catalog entries identify their estimated duration and format so you can plan study time realistically.

What topics are covered?

Topics include cash-flow organization, emergency planning, investing fundamentals, retirement concepts, tax-aware questions, and behavioral habits.

How do Fallows work?

Selecting Follow course stores that course ID in your browser’s localStorage. The Fallows page reads those IDs and lets you remove them without creating an account.

How does the cart work?

Add courses from the catalog to a browser-based cart. Quantities and totals are calculated locally; the checkout confirmation is a demonstration because no payment processor is connected.

Do you promise a particular financial result?

No. Outcomes depend on many personal and market factors. We avoid guarantees and focus on careful learning, research questions, and realistic trade-offs.

How can I request accessibility support?

Use the contact form to describe the support you need without sharing sensitive financial information. We will review the request and respond during business hours.
